The plant-based oils and butters we use are key in crafting moisturizing and nourishing products. Additionally, clays, botanicals, and plant extracts contribute both colour and unique properties. To enhance your sensory experience, we scent our products ONLY with essential oils.

We take pride in our commitment to recyclable and sustainable packaging. Our soaps come in small bags crafted from unbleached cotton, and our lip balms are poured into eco-tubes. These tubes are made from recycled cardboard and feature an interior plant-based wax lining, providing water and oil resistance while also being food-safe.

We handcraft our soaps in small batches using a cold process method, hand-cutting, stamping, and wrapping each one individually.

Welcome to The Vely Soapery

It all started with the scents.

From my childhood belief that there was nothing better in the whole wide world than working in a flower shop, surrounded by nature's beauty and delightful fragrances, to a growing connection with natural products scented with essential oils as I got older. Recognising the amazing aroma of lavender and the valuable, affordable qualities of chamomile and calendula for self-care, I developed a strong belief that nature can provide everything we need for nourishment, restoration, and healing.

My guiding ethos is to be earth-friendly, extending from the product to the packaging and our collaborations with others.

I hope to take you on a journey to incorporate natural products into your daily life, unlocking the wonderful effects that nature can have on us.
